DJ cannot be played beyond 10:00 pm.

In case of power outage, backup available for light appliances only till 11pm. Geyser/Heater will not run on power backup.

If you have any kind of food related allergies, please inform the management prior to arrival.

No Food or Drinks allowed inside of the camps.

Children up-to the age of 5 Years, can stay free. Additional charges will be applicable for children between 5 years to 12 years. 12+ years will be charged as per extra adult rate.

Please return the room key at reception. Penalty applicable for loss of key.

It is strictly advised not to go near the river. Management will not be responsible for mishaps, if any.

Kabila camp management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the camp in case of any mis-conduct or behavior that is threatening to the safety and security of other house guests or staff.

Any Lost and Found articles found on the premises are logged and kept in a secure location, for a period of 7 days. Thereafter items are either disposed of, or donated to charity. The management at Kabila accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to any lost property. Claimed items can be collected from the campsite or reverse pickup needs to be arranged by guests.

Kabila camp is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles parked in the parking area.

We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the management does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused, directly or indirectly.

Once confirmed, the booking is non cancelable and non refundable.

In case of travel restrictions/lockdown, the booking advance paid shall be adjusted in full in future booking.

Minimum billing will be as per mentioned package cost. No refund for No show guests.

Buffet is arranged, if group size is 20+ otherwise the food will be served as fixed meal.

Additional Lunch or Refreshment boxes for Kheerganga available at additional cost of Rs 300/head.

Local trek from site to Kasol via Chalal and Katagla can be taken up by guests on their own

Kabila camp team shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any point in time, without prior notice.
